English Translation
Musa ibn Dawud narrated to us, 'Abd al-Rahman ibn al-Ghasil narrated to us, from 'Ikrimah, from Ibn 'Abbas (رضي الله عنهما) who said: the Messenger of Allah ﷺ came out with his head wrapped in a cloth and said: 'O people, it is not about this or that tribe. O people, nations will come under the banners of these tribes. Whoever is put to trial by any of these seats of power, let him be just, for the supplication of the oppressed rises to the sky.'
