Arabic Text
حَدَّثَنَا حَسَنٌ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ لَهِيعَةَ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ هُبَيْرَة
َ عَنْ حَنَشِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ أَنَّ ابْنَ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِنَّ فِي أَبْوَالِ الْإِبِلِ وَأَلْبَانِهَا شِفَاءً لِلذَّرِبَةِ بُطُونُهُمْ

English Translation
Hasan narrated to us, Ibn Lahi'ah narrated to us, 'Abdullah ibn Hubayrah narrated to us, from Hanash ibn 'Abdullah, that Ibn 'Abbas (رضي الله عنهما) said: the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: 'Indeed, the good deed illuminates the face, puts light in the heart, provides abundance in provision, strength in the body, and love in the hearts of creation. And indeed, the evil deed darkens the face, darkens the heart, weakens the body, diminishes provision, and breeds hatred in the hearts of creation.'
