حَدَّثَنَا عَتَّابُ بْنُ زِيَادٍ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ لَهِيعَةَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي ابْنُ هُبَيْرَةَ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنِي مَنْ سَمِعَ ابْنَ عَبَّاسٍ يَقُولُ سَمِعْتُ رَسُول
َ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ اتَّقُوا الْمَلَاعِنَ الثَّلَاثَ قِيلَ مَا الْمَلَاعِنُ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ قَالَ أَنْ يَقْعُدَ أَحَدُكُمْ فِي ظِلٍّ يُسْتَظَلُّ فِيهِ أَوْ فِي طَرِيقٍ أَوْ فِي نَقْعِ مَاءٍ

English Translation
'Attab ibn Ziyad narrated to us, 'Abdullah narrated to us, he said: Ibn Lahi'ah informed us, he said: Ibn Hubayrah narrated to me, he said: Someone who heard Ibn 'Abbas (رضي الله عنهما) told me that he said: I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ saying: 'Two eyes shall not be touched by the Fire: an eye that wept out of fear of Allah, and an eye that spent the night standing guard in the cause of Allah.'
