Al-Mustasfa min Ilm al-Usul
المستصفى من علم الأصول
One of the four foundational works of usul al-fiqh in Sunni Islam. Al-Ghazali introduces Aristotelian logic as a prerequisite for legal reasoning and systematizes the principles of jurisprudence with philosophical precision. This work shaped the entire later tradition of usul al-fiqh, and its logical methodology became standard.
