Tahafut al-Falasifah (Incoherence of the Philosophers)
تهافت الفلاسفة
A landmark work in the history of philosophy where al-Ghazali systematically critiques 20 propositions of Aristotelian-Neoplatonic philosophy as adopted by Muslim philosophers like Ibn Sina and al-Farabi. He argues that three of their positions constitute outright disbelief: the eternity of the world, God's ignorance of particulars, and the denial of bodily resurrection. This work reshaped the relationship between philosophy and theology in Islam.
