أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو نُعَيْمٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا حَسَنٌ ، عَنْ أَشْعَثَ ، عَنْ الشَّعْبِيِّ ، عَنْ عَلِيٍّ ، وَزَيْدٍ : " أَنَّهُمَا كَانَالا يُوَرِّثَانِ الْجِدَّةَ أُمَّ الأَبِ مَعَ الأَبِ "
English Translation
It was narrated from al-Sha'bi, from Ali and Zayd (may Allah be pleased with them both), that they did not give a paternal grandmother an inheritance share when the father was still alive.
