حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو نُعَيْمٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا إِسْرَائِيلُ ، عَنْ مُغِيرَةَ ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ : " فِي مُكَاتَبٍ مَاتَ وَ
Body (Matn)
قَدْ أَدَّى نِصْفَ مُكَاتَبَتِهِ، وَلَهُ وَلَدٌ مِنْ امْرَأَةٍ حُرَةٍ، قَالَ :مَا أُرَاهُ إِلَّا قَدْ جَرَّ وَلَاءَ وَلَدِهِ "

English Translation
It was narrated from Ibrahim that he was asked about a mukatab slave who died having paid half of his kitaba contract, and who had a son from a free woman. He said: "I believe he has already pulled the walaa' of his son (to his masters)."
