حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ ، عَنْ هِشَامٍ الدَّسْتَوَائِيِّ ، عَ

نْ حَمَّادٍ ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ ، قَالَ :" يَجُوزُ وَصِيَّةُ الصَّبِيِّ في ماله في الثلث، فما دونه، وإنما يمنعه وليه ذلك في الصحة رهبة الفاقة عليه، فأما عند الموت، فليس له أن يمنعه "

English Translation
It was narrated from Ibrahim that he said: "The will of a child is valid in his wealth up to one-third or less. The guardian prevents him from that during health out of fear of poverty for him, but at the time of death, the guardian has no right to prevent him."
