English Translation

It was narrated from Abu Bakr ibn Muhammad ibn 'Amr ibn Hazm that a boy in Madinah was near death while his heirs were in Syria. They mentioned to 'Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) that he was dying and asked him to let the boy make a will. 'Umar commanded the boy to make a will. He bequeathed a well known as Bi'r Jusham, and his family later sold it for thirty thousand. Abu Bakr mentioned that the boy was ten or twelve years old.
