حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ آدَمَ حَدَّثَنَا وُهَيْبُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ عَنِ ابْنِ

طَاوُسٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَلْحِقُوا الْفَرَائِضَ بِأَهْلِهَا فَمَا بَقِيَ فَلِأَوْلَى رَجُلٍ ذَكَرٍ

English Translation
Yahya ibn Adam narrated to us, Wuhayb ibn Khalid narrated to us, from Ibn Tawus, from his father, from Ibn 'Abbas رضي الله عنهما who said: the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: 'Give the fixed shares (fara'id) of inheritance to their rightful recipients, and whatever remains is for the closest male relative.'
