حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَوَانَةَ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْأَعْلَى الثَّعْلَبِيُّ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ عَنْ
النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ اتَّقُوا الْحَدِيثَ عَنِّي إِلَّا مَا عَلِمْتُمْ قَالَ وَمَنْ كَذَبَ عَلَى الْقُرْآنِ بِغَيْرِ عِلْمٍ فَلْيَتَبَوَّأْ مَقْعَدَهُ مِنْ النَّارِ

English Translation
'Affan narrated to us, Abu 'Awanah narrated to us, 'Abd al-A'la al-Tha'labi narrated to us, from Sa'id ibn Jubayr, from Ibn 'Abbas رضي الله عنهما, from the Prophet ﷺ who said: 'Be cautious in narrating from me. Do not narrate from me except what you know. Whoever deliberately lies upon me, let him take his seat in the Hellfire. And whoever speaks about the Quran from his own opinion, let him take his seat in the Hellfire.'
