Arabic Text
حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَوَانَةَ حَدَّثَنَا سِمَاكُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّ
مَ لِمَاعِزِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ أَحَقٌّ مَا بَلَغَنِي عَنْكَ أَنَّكَ وَقَعْتَ عَلَى جَارِيَةِ بَنِي فُلَانٍ قَالَ فَشَهِدَ أَرْبَعَ شَهَادَاتٍ قَالَ فَرَجَمَهُ

English Translation
'Affan narrated to us, Abu 'Awanah narrated to us, Simak ibn Harb narrated to us, from Sa'id ibn Jubayr, from 'Abdullah ibn 'Abbas رضي الله عنهما who said: the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said to Ma'iz ibn Malik when he came to confess: 'Perhaps you only kissed, or squeezed, or looked?' He said: 'No, O Messenger of Allah.' He said: 'Did you commit the act?' using no euphemism. He said: 'Yes.' So he ordered that he be stoned.
