English Translation

'Affan narrated to us, Wuhayb narrated to us, 'Abdullah ibn 'Uthman ibn Khuthaym narrated to us, from Sa'id ibn Jubayr, from Ibn 'Abbas رضي الله عنهما that he heard him saying: the Messenger of Allah ﷺ ran between al-Safa and al-Marwah in the valley. So whoever runs in the valley, there is nothing wrong with it, and whoever walks, there is nothing wrong with it.
