English Translation
It was narrated from Ibn 'Abbas (رضي الله عنهما) that a man fell from his camel while in ihram and his neck was broken — or he died from the fall (Ayyub was unsure of the exact wording). They asked the Prophet ﷺ [what to do]. He said: 'Wash him with water and lote [sidr] leaves, shroud him in his own garment, do not cover his head, and do not put perfume near him — for Allah will raise him on the Day of Resurrection in a state of ihram.' [A second chain with the same meaning is also given.]
