ِ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ مُسْلِمٍ عَنْ طَاوُسٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ صَلَّى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ثُمَّ خَطَبَ وَأَبُو بَكْرٍ وَعُمَرُ وَعُثْمَانُ فِي الْعِيدِ بِغَيْرِ أَذَانٍ وَلَا إِقَامَةٍ

English Translation
It was narrated from Ibn 'Abbas (رضي الله عنهما) — via Tawus — that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ — as did Abu Bakr, 'Umar, and 'Uthman (رضي الله عنهم) — prayed the Eid prayer then gave the sermon, without adhan or iqamah.
