َيْثٍ عَنْ طَاوُسٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ تَمَتَّعَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَأَبُو بَكْرٍ وَعُمَرُ وَعُثْمَانُ وَأَوَّلُ مَنْ نَهَى عَنْهَا مُعَاوِيَةُ

English Translation

Yahya ibn Adam narrated to us, Sufyan narrated to us, from Layth, from Tawus, from Ibn 'Abbas (رضي الله عنهما) who said: the Messenger of Allah ﷺ performed tamattu' Hajj, and Abu Bakr, 'Umar, 'Uthman, and the first of the Muhajirun did so as well.
