English Translation

It was narrated from 'Abdullah ibn Mas'ud (رضي الله عنه) — via Sufyan, from Mansur, from Ibrahim, from 'Alqama — that the Prophet ﷺ performed the [two] prostrations [of forgetfulness — sujud al-sahw] after the salam. He said on another occasion: 'the Prophet ﷺ performed the two prostrations for forgetfulness [sahw] after the salam.'
