Arabic Text
حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ عَنْ عَطَاءٍ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ الر
َّحْمَنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ حَبِيبٍ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ عَبْدَ اللَّهِ بْنَ مَسْعُودٍ يَبْلُغُ بِهِ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مَا أَنْزَلَ اللَّهُ دَاءً إِلَّا قَدْ أَنْزَلَ لَهُ شِفَاءً عَلِمَهُ مَنْ عَلِمَهُ وَجَهِلَهُ مَنْ جَهِلَهُ
Isnad Chain
English Translation
It was narrated from 'Abdullah ibn Mas'ud (رضي الله عنه) — via Sufyan, from 'Ata', from Abi 'Abd al-Rahman 'Abdullah ibn Habib — that he heard 'Abdullah ibn Mas'ud attribute it to the Prophet ﷺ: 'Allah has not sent down any disease except that He has also sent down a cure for it — known to those who know it, and unknown to those who do not know it.'
