Chain of Narration (Isnad)
حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى عَنْ شُعْبَةَ حَدَّثَنِي زُبَيْدٌ عَنْ أَبِي وَائِلٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ سِبَا
Body (Matn)
بُ الْمُسْلِمِ فُسُوقٌ وَقِتَالُهُ كُفْرٌ قَالَ قُلْتُ لِأَبِي وَائِلٍ أَنْتَ سَمِعْتَ مِنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ قَالَ نَعَمْ
English Translation
It was narrated from 'Abdullah ibn Mas'ud (رضي الله عنه) — via Yahya, from Shu'ba, from Zubayd, from Abi Wa'il — from the Prophet ﷺ that he said: 'Insulting a Muslim is wickedness [fusuq], and fighting him is disbelief [kufr].' [Shu'ba] said: 'I asked Abi Wa'il: Did you hear this from 'Abdullah? He said: Yes.'
