Arabic Text
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو النَّضْرِ حَدَّثَنَا الْأَشْجَعِيُّ عَنْ سُفْيَانَ عَنْ الْأَعْمَشِ عَنْ أَبِي وَائِلٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ وَأَبِي مُوسَى الْأَشْعَرِيِّ قَالَا قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَي
ْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِنَّ بَيْنَ يَدَيْ السَّاعَةِ أَيَّامًا يُرْفَعُ فِيهِنَّ الْعِلْمُ وَيَنْزِلُ فِيهِنَّ الْجَهْلُ وَيَكْثُرُ فِيهِنَّ الْهَرْجُ قَالَ وَالْهَرْجُ الْقَتْلُ
English Translation
Abu al-Nadr narrated to us, al-Ashja'i narrated to us, from Sufyan, from al-A'mash, from Abu Wa'il, from 'Abdullah and Abu Musa al-Ash'ari رضي الله عنهما who said: the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: 'Before the Hour there will be days in which knowledge will disappear, ignorance will spread, and there will be much haraj.' They said: 'What is haraj?' He said: 'Killing.'
