حَدَّثَنَا خَلَفُ بْنُ الْوَلِيدِ حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ طَلْحَةَ عَنْ زُبَيْدٍ عَنْ مُرَّةَ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ مَسْعُودٍ قَالَ حَبَسَ الْمُشْرِكُونَ رَ
سُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنْ صَلَاةِ الْعَصْرِ حَتَّى اصْفَرَّتْ أَوْ احْمَرَّتْ الشَّمْسُ فَقَالَ شَغَلُونَا عَنْ صَلَاةِ الْوُسْطَى مَلَأَ اللَّهُ أَجْوَافَهُمْ أَوْ حَشَا اللَّهُ أَجْوَافَهُمْ وَقُبُورَهُمْ نَارًا

English Translation
Khalaf ibn al-Walid narrated to us, Muhammad ibn Talhah narrated to us, from Zubayd, from Murrah, from 'Abdullah ibn Mas'ud رضي الله عنه who said: The polytheists kept the Messenger of Allah ﷺ from praying 'Asr until the sun had reddened or yellowed. the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: 'They kept us from the middle prayer, the 'Asr prayer. May Allah fill their bellies and graves with fire.'
