Hadith #438

حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو أَحْمَدَ الزُّبَيْرِيُّ حَدَّثَنَا بَشِيرُ بْنُ سَلْمَانَ عَنْ سَيَّارٍ عَنْ طَارِقِ بْنِ شِهَابٍ قَالَ كُنَّا عِنْدَ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ جُلُوسًا فَجَاءَ رَجُلٌ فَقَالَ قَدْ أُقِيمَتْ الصَّلَاةُ فَقَامَ وَقُمْنَا مَعَهُ فَلَمَّا دَخَلْنَا الْمَسْجِدَ رَأَيْنَا النَّاسَ رُكُوعًا فِي مُقَدَّمِ الْمَسْجِدِ فَكَبَّرَ وَرَكَعَ وَرَكَعْنَا ثُمَّ مَشَيْنَا وَصَنَعْنَا مِثْلَ الَّذِي صَنَعَ فَمَرَّ رَجُلٌ
يُسْرِعُ فَقَالَ عَلَيْكَ السَّلَامُ يَا أَبَا عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ فَقَالَ صَدَقَ اللَّهُ وَرَسُولُهُ فَلَمَّا صَلَّيْنَا وَرَجَعْنَا دَخَلَ إِلَى أَهْلِهِ جَلَسْنَا فَقَالَ بَعْضُنَا لِبَعْضٍ أَمَا سَمِعْتُمْ رَدَّهُ عَلَى الرَّجُلِ صَدَقَ اللَّهُ وَبَلَّغَتْ رُسُلُهُ أَيُّكُمْ يَسْأَلُهُ فَقَالَ طَارِقٌ أَنَا أَسْأَلُهُ فَسَأَلَهُ حِينَ خَرَجَ فَذَكَرَ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنَّ بَيْنَ يَدَيْ السَّاعَةِ تَسْلِيمَ الْخَاصَّةِ وَفُشُوَّ التِّجَارَةِ حَتَّى تُعِينَ الْمَرْأَةُ زَوْجَهَا عَلَى التِّجَارَةِ وَقَطْعَ الْأَرْحَامِ وَشَهَادَةَ الزُّورِ وَكِتْمَانَ شَهَادَةِ الْحَقِّ وَظُهُورَ الْقَلَمِ

English Translation
Abu Ahmad al-Zubayri narrated to us, Bashir ibn Salman narrated to us, from Sayyar, from Tariq ibn Shihab who said: We were sitting with 'Abdullah when a man came and said: The prayer has been established. So he stood up and we stood up with him. When we entered the mosque, we saw the people in ruku' in the front of the mosque. He said the takbir, then bowed and we bowed, then we walked forward while bowing until we joined the row. When the man finished the prayer, I stood up, thinking I had not completed my prayer. 'Abdullah took hold of my hand and made me sit down, then said: 'You have indeed completed your prayer.'
