English Translation
'Abd al-Razzaq narrated to us, Sufyan informed us, from Jabir, from 'Abd al-Rahman ibn al-Aswad, from al-Aswad, from 'Abdullah that the Prophet ﷺ prayed Dhuhr with five rak'ahs. It was said to him: Has the prayer been increased? He said: 'What do you mean?' They said: You prayed five rak'ahs. So he performed two prostrations after he had given the taslim — meaning the two prostrations of forgetfulness.
