Hadith #530
Arabic Text
حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الصَّمَدِ حَدَّثَنَا هَمَّامٌ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عَاصِمٌ عَنْ زِرٍّ عَنِ ابْنِ مَسْعُودٍ
أَنَّ الْأُمَمَ عُرِضَتْ عَلَى النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ فَعُرِضَتْ عَلَيْهِ أُمَّتُهُ فَأَعْجَبَتْهُ كَثْرَتُهُمْ فَقِيلَ إِنَّ مَعَ هَؤُلَاءِ سَبْعِينَ أَلْفًا يَدْخُلُونَ الْجَنَّةَ بِغَيْرِ حِسَابٍ

English Translation
It was narrated from Ibn Mas'ud (رضي الله عنه) — via 'Abd al-Samad, from Hammam, from 'Asim, from Zirr — that Ibn Mas'ud said: 'The nations were displayed before the Prophet ﷺ. His ummah was displayed before him and he was impressed by their great numbers. It was said: With these [there are] seventy thousand who will enter Paradise without reckoning.'
