حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ وَحُمَيْدٌ الرُّؤَاسِيُّ قَالَا حَدَّثَنَا الْأَعْمَشُ عَنْ أَبِي وَائِلٍ قَالَ حُمَيْدٌ شَقِيقُ بْنِ سَلَمَةَ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَ
لَّمَ أَوَّلُ مَا يُقْضَى بَيْنَ النَّاسِ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ فِي الدِّمَاءِ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ جَعْفَرٍ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ أَبَا وَائِلٍ فَذَكَرَهُ
English Translation
It was narrated from 'Abdullah (رضي الله عنه) — via Waki' and Humayd al-Ru'asi, both from al-A'mash, from Abi Wa'il — Humayd says: Shaqiq ibn Salama — from 'Abdullah — that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: 'The first matter that will be adjudicated between people on the Day of Resurrection will be [matters of] blood [killings].' — [Second chain] via Ibn Ja'far, from Shu'ba, from Sulayman — I heard Abu Wa'il — and he mentioned it.
