It was narrated from 'Abdullah ibn Mas'ud (رضي الله عنه) — via Sa'd ibn Ibrahim, from his father, from his father, from Abu 'Ubayda ibn 'Abdillah, from his father — that the Prophet ﷺ in the [sitting between] two rak'as was as though he were sitting on hot coals [hurrying to rise]. Sa'd says: 'I asked my father: "...until he rose?" He said: "Until he rose."'
