Arabic Text
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ عَنْ نَافِعٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كَانَ يَخْرُجُ مِنْ طَرِيقِ الشَّجَرَةِ وَكَانَ يَدْخُلُ مَكَّةَ مِنْ الثَّنِيَّةِ الْعُلْيَا وَيَخْرُجُ مِنْ الثَّنِيَّةِ السُّفْلَى
English Translation
It was narrated from Ibn 'Umar (رضي الله عنهما) — via Muhammad ibn 'Ubayd, from 'Ubayd Allah, from Nafi' — that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to depart along the road of al-Shajara [the tree route], and would enter Mecca from al-Thaniyya al-'Ulya [the upper pass] and exit from al-Thaniyya al-Sufla [the lower pass].
