حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ عَنْ نَافِعٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كَانَ إِذَا طَافَ بِالْبَيْتِ الطَّوَافَ الْأَوَّلَ خَبَّ ثَلَاثَةً وَمَشَى أَرْبَعَةً
English Translation
It was narrated from Ibn 'Umar (رضي الله عنهما) — via Muhammad ibn 'Ubayd, from 'Ubayd Allah, from Nafi' — that when the Messenger of Allah ﷺ performed the first tawaf [circumambulation] of the House, he would walk briskly for three circuits and walk at a normal pace for four.
