English Translation
It was narrated — via Yazid, from Jarir ibn Hazim, from Nafi' — that Ibn 'Umar (رضي الله عنهما) felt the cold while in a state of ihram and said: 'Throw a garment over me.' [Nafi'] threw a burnous [hooded cloak] over him, but he pushed it away and said: 'You throw over me a garment that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ has forbidden the person in ihram to wear!'
