English Translation

It was narrated from Ibn 'Umar (رضي الله عنهما) — via Muhammad ibn Ja'far, from Shu'ba, from al-Hakam — that he said: 'I saw Tawus raise his hands when opening the prayer, when bowing [ruku'], and when raising his head from bowing. A man of his companions told me that he narrated this from Ibn 'Umar, from the Prophet ﷺ.' — Abu al-Nadr narrated it to us with the same meaning.
