حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ أَخْبَرَنَا يَحْيَى عَنْ نَافِعٍ أَنَّهُ أَخْبَرَهُ عَنِ ابْنِ عُ

مَرَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ خَمْسٌ لَا جُنَاحَ فِي قَتْلِ مَنْ قَتَلَ مِنْهُنَّ الْغُرَابُ وَالْفَأْرَةُ وَالْحِدَأَةُ وَالْكَلْبُ الْعَقُورُ وَالْعَقْرَبُ

English Translation

It was narrated from Ibn 'Umar (رضي الله عنهما) — via Yazid, from Yahya, from Nafi' — that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: 'Five [creatures] — there is no sin upon one who kills any of them [whether in ihram or not]: the crow, the rat, the kite [bird of prey], the vicious dog, and the scorpion.'
