English Translation
It was narrated from Ibn 'Umar (رضي الله عنهما) — via Yazid ibn Harun, from 'Abd al-Malik, from Anas ibn Sirin — that he said: 'I was with Ibn 'Umar at 'Arafa. When it was time to depart, I went with him until he came to the imam and prayed Dhuhr and 'Asr with him. Then he stood at the station [mawqif] with him, along with me and my companions. When the imam made the ifada [departure], we departed with him until we reached the narrow pass before al-Ma'zimayn. He made his camel kneel and we did too, thinking he intended to pray. But his servant who was holding his riding camel said: "He does not intend to pray — rather, he remembered that the Prophet ﷺ, when he reached this place, relieved himself. So he likes to relieve himself [here]."'
