حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ نُمَيْرٍ حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ وَحَمَّادٌ يَعْنِي أَبَا أُسَامَةَ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنِي عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ عَنْ نَافِعٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّ
ى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنَّهُ كَانَ إِذَا خَرَجَ خَرَجَ مِنْ طَرِيقِ الشَّجَرَةِ وَيَدْخُلُ مِنْ طَرِيقِ الْمُعَرَّسِ قَالَ ابْنُ نُمَيْرٍ وَإِذَا دَخَلَ مَكَّةَ دَخَلَ مِنْ ثَنِيَّةِ الْعُلْيَا وَيَخْرُجُ مِنْ ثَنِيَّةِ السُّفْلَى

English Translation
Ibn Numayr narrated to us, 'Ubaydullah narrated to us — and Hammad, meaning Abu Usamah, said: 'Ubaydullah informed me — from Nafi', from Ibn 'Umar (رضي الله عنهما), from the Prophet ﷺ, that he prohibited selling the fruit [on the palm] until it shows ripeness, prohibiting both the seller and the buyer.
