حَدَّثَنَا عَارِمٌ حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادٌ عَنْ أَيُّوبَ عَنْ نَافِعٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ لَا يَب

ِيعُ الرَّجُلُ عَلَى بَيْعِ أَخِيهِ وَلَا يَخْطُبُ عَلَى خِطْبَةِ أَخِيهِ إِلَّا بِإِذْنِهِ وَرُبَّمَا قَالَ يَأْذَنَ لَهُ

English Translation
'Arim narrated to us, Hammad narrated to us, from Ayyub, from Nafi', from Ibn 'Umar (رضي الله عنهما), from the Prophet ﷺ who said: 'A man should not sell over his brother's sale, nor should he propose over his brother's proposal, unless he is given permission.'
