English Translation

It was narrated from 'Abdullah ibn 'Amr ibn al-'As (رضي الله عنهما) — via 'Ali ibn Ishaq, from 'Abdullah [ibn al-Mubarak], from Musa ibn 'Ali ibn Rabah, who heard his father narrating from 'Abdullah ibn 'Amr ibn al-'As — from the Prophet ﷺ: 'The people of the Fire are every coarse, blustering [ja'zhari jawwaz], arrogant, hoarder [jamma'], withholder [manna']. And the people of Paradise are the weak and the overpowered.'
