حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو سَعِيدٍ مَوْلَى بَنِي هَاشِمٍ حَدَّثَنَا شَدَّادٌ أَبُو طَلْحَةَ الرَّاسِبِيُّ سَمِعْتُ أَبَا الْو
َازِعِ جَابِرَ بْنَ عَمْرٍو يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مَا مِنْ قَوْمٍ جَلَسُوا مَجْلِسًا لَمْ يَذْكُرُوا اللَّهَ فِيهِ إِلَّا رَأَوْهُ حَسْرَةً يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ

English Translation
It was narrated from 'Abdullah ibn 'Amr (رضي الله عنهما) — via Abu Sa'id, the freed slave of Banu Hashim, from Shaddad Abu Talha al-Rasi, who heard Abu al-Wazi' Jabir ibn 'Amr narrating — that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: 'No people sit in a gathering in which they do not remember Allah — except that they will see it as a cause of regret on the Day of Resurrection.'
