نِ سِيرِينَ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ الْبِئْرُ جُبَارٌ وَالْمَعْدِنُ جُبَارٌ وَالْعَجْمَاءُ جُبَارٌ وَفِي الرِّكَازِ الْخُمُسُ

English Translation

It was narrated from Abu Hurayra (رضي الله عنه) — via Hushaym, from Mansur and Hisham, from Ibn Sirin — that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: 'The well [causing accidental injury] is not compensable [jubar — no liability], the mine [causing accidental injury] is not compensable, and the animal [that causes injury on its own] is not compensable — but for buried treasure [rikaz], one-fifth is due.'
