English Translation
It was narrated from 'Abdullah ibn 'Amr (رضي الله عنهما) — via Hasan, from Ibn Lahi'a, from Huyayy ibn 'Abdullah, from Abu 'Abd al-Rahman — that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ mentioned the Questioner of the Grave [fattan al-qubur]. 'Umar (رضي الله عنه) said: 'Will our minds be restored to us, O Messenger of Allah?' He said: 'Yes — as they are [in this life].' 'Umar said: 'Then I will deal with him firmly.'
