Arabic Text
حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ عَنْ عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ بْنِ عُمَيْرٍ عَنْ أَبِي الْأَوْبَرِ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يُصَلِّي قَائِمًا وَقَاعِدًا وَحَافِيًا وَمُنْتَعِلًا حَدَّثَنَا حُسَيْنُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ وَزَادَ فِيهِ وَيَنْفَتِلُ عَنْ يَمِينِهِ وَعَنْ يَسَارِهِ
English Translation
It was narrated from Abu Hurayra (رضي الله عنه) — via Sufyan, from 'Abd al-Malik ibn 'Umayr, from Abu al-Awbar — that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to pray standing and sitting, barefoot and wearing sandals. [In a second transmission via Husayn ibn Muhammad, from Sufyan, the following is added:] 'And he would turn [after completing prayer] to his right and to his left.'
