الْحَسَنِ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ أَوْصَانِي خَلِيلِي بِثَلَاثٍ صَوْمِ ثَلَاثَةِ أَيَّامٍ مِنْ كُلِّ شَهْرٍ وَالْوَتْرِ قَبْلَ النَّوْمِ وَالْغُسْلِ يَوْمَ الْجُمُعَةِ

English Translation
It was narrated from Abu Hurayra (رضي الله عنه) — via 'Abd al-A'la, from Yunus, from al-Hasan — that Abu Hurayra said: 'My close friend [the Prophet ﷺ] advised me with three things: fasting three days from every month, witr prayer before sleeping, and bathing [ghusl] on Friday.'
