حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ حَدَّثَنَا مَعْمَرٌ عَنْ هَمَّ
امٍ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ أَبَا هُرَيْرَةَ يَقُولُ قَالَ أَبُو الْقَاسِمِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِذَا اسْتَلْجَجَ أَحَدُكُمْ بِالْيَمِينِ فِي أَهْلِهِ فَإِنَّهُ آثَمُ لَهُ عِنْدَ اللَّهِ مِنْ الْكَفَّارَةِ الَّتِي أُمِرَ بِهَا

English Translation
It was narrated from Abu Hurayra (رضي الله عنه) — via 'Abd al-Razzaq, from Ma'mar, from Hammam ibn Munabbih — that he heard Abu Hurayra say: 'Abu al-Qasim (ﷺ) said: "When one of you stubbornly persists [istalajja] in an oath concerning his household — that is more sinful for him before Allah than [simply] paying the expiation [kaffarah] that he was commanded to pay [and breaking the oath to do what is better]."'
