حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي عَدِيٍّ عَنْ شُعْبَةَ عَنِ الْعَلَاءِ

عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ الْمُؤْمِنُ يَغَارُ الْمُؤْمِنُ يَغَارُ الْمُؤْمِنُ يَغَارُ وَاللَّهُ أَشَدُّ غَيْرًا

English Translation
It was narrated from Abu Hurayra (رضي الله عنه) — via Ibn Abi 'Adiyy, from Shu'ba, from al-'Ala', from his father — that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: 'The believer has ghayra [protective jealousy/honor], the believer has ghayra, the believer has ghayra — and Allah has even greater ghayra than that.'
