حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ وَمُؤَمَّلٌ قَالَا حَدَّثَنَا زُهَيْرُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ قَالَ مُؤَمَّلٌ الْخُرَاسَانِيُّ حَدَّثَنَا مُوسَى بْنُ وَرْدَانَ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ ق
َالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ الْمَرْءُ عَلَى دِينِ خَلِيلِهِ فَلْيَنْظُرْ أَحَدُكُمْ مَنْ يُخَالِطُ وَقَالَ مُؤَمَّلٌ مَنْ يُخَالِلُ

English Translation
Abd al-Rahman and Mu'ammal narrated to us, they said: Zuhayr ibn Muhammad narrated to us — Mu'ammal said: al-Khurasani — Musa ibn Wardan narrated to us, from Abu Hurayrah (رضي الله عنه) who said: the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: 'The best of charity is what is given out of abundance, and the upper hand is better than the lower hand, and begin with those you are responsible for.'
