حَدَّثَنَا خَلَفُ بْنُ الْوَلِيدِ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مَعْشَرٍ عَنْ سَعِيدٍ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ مَرَّ بِرَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَعْرَابِيٌّ أَعْجَبَهُ صِحَّتُهُ وَجَلَدُهُ قَالَ فَدَعَاهُ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَقَالَ مَتَى أَحْسَسْتَ أُمَّ مِلْدَمٍ قَالَ وَأَيُّ شَيْءٍ أُمُّ مِلْدَمٍ قَالَ الْحُمَّى قَالَ وَأَيُّ شَيْءٍ الْحُمَّى قَالَ
سَخَنَةٌ تَكُونُ بَيْنَ الْجِلْدِ وَالْعِظَامِ قَالَ مَا بِذَلِكَ لِي عَهْدٌ قَالَ فَمَتَى أَحْسَسْتَ بِالصُّدَاعِ قَالَ وَأَيُّ شَيْءٍ الصُّدَاعُ قَالَ ضَرَبَانٌ يَكُونُ فِي الصُّدْغَيْنِ وَالرَّأْسِ قَالَ مَا لِي بِذَلِكَ عَهْدٌ قَالَ فَلَمَّا قَفَّا أَوْ وَلَّى الْأَعْرَابِيُّ قَالَ مَنْ سَرَّهُ أَنْ يَنْظُرَ إِلَى رَجُلٍ مِنْ أَهْلِ النَّارِ فَلْيَنْظُرْ إِلَيْهِ

English Translation
Khalaf ibn al-Walid narrated to us who (may Allah be pleased with him) reported that abu Ma'shar narrated to us, from Sa'id, from Abu Hurayrah (رضي الله عنه) who said: A funeral passed by the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, and he praised it with good. So the Prophet ﷺ said: 'It is guaranteed.' Then another funeral passed by, and they spoke ill of it. the Prophet ﷺ said: 'It is guaranteed.' 'Umar ibn al-Khattab (رضي الله عنه) said: 'What is guaranteed?' He ﷺ said: 'The one you praised with good, Paradise is guaranteed for him. The one you spoke ill of, the Fire is guaranteed for him. You are the witnesses of Allah on earth.'
