حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبَانُ بْنُ يَزِيدَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا قَتَادَةُ عَنِ النَّضْرِ بْنِ أَنَسٍ عَنْ بَشِير

ِ بْنِ نَهِيكٍ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ إِذَا أَفْلَسَ الرَّجُلُ فَالْغَرِيمُ أَحَقُّ بِمَتَاعِهِ إِذَا وَجَدَهُ بِعَيْنِهِ

English Translation
'Affan narrated to us, he said: Aban ibn Yazid narrated to us, he said: Qatadah narrated to us, from al-Nadr ibn Anas, from Bashir ibn Nahik, from Abu Hurayrah (رضي الله عنه), that the Prophet ﷺ said: 'When a man goes bankrupt, the creditor has more right to his goods if he finds them intact.'
