English Translation

Yahya ibn Sa'id narrated to us, he said: Ibn 'Ajlan narrated to us, he said: Sa'id narrated to me from Abu Hurayrah (رضي الله عنه), from the Prophet ﷺ who said: "When one of you strikes (in discipline), let him avoid the face. And let him not say: 'May Allah make your face ugly, and the face of whoever resembles your face,' for Allah (عز وجل) created Adam (عليه السلام) in his image."
