English Translation

Muhammad ibn Ja'far narrated to us, he said: Shu'bah narrated to us, from Mansur, from Abu Hazim, narrating from Abu Hurayrah (رضي الله عنه). Shu'bah said: He raised it (attributed it to the Prophet ﷺ) once, then did not raise it afterward, that he said: "There is no forsaking (of a fellow Muslim) beyond three days. Whoever forsakes (his brother) beyond three days and dies (in that state) will enter the Fire."
