English Translation
Muhammad ibn Ja'far narrated to us, he said: Shu'bah narrated to us, he said: I heard al-'Ala' ibn 'Abd al-Rahman narrating from his father, from Abu Hurayrah (رضي الله عنه), from the Prophet ﷺ who said: "The Hour will not come until thirty impostors (dajjalun) appear, each of them claiming to be the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, wealth overflows and becomes abundant, trials appear, and al-harj (killing) becomes widespread." It was asked: "What is al-harj?" He said: "Killing, killing, killing" — three times.
