‏ ‏وَبِإِسْنَادِهِ ‏ ‏أَنَّهُ قَالَ ‏ ‏صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ‏ ‏جَاءَ أَهْلُ ‏ ‏الْيَمَنِ ‏ ‏هُمْ أَرَقُّ أَفْئِدَةً وَأَلْيَنُ قُلُوبًا وَالْفِقْهُ يَمَانٍ وَالْإِيمَانُ يَمَانٍ وَالْحِكْمَةُ يَمَانِيَةٌ ‏ ‏وَالْخُيَلَاءُ ‏ ‏وَالْكِبْرُ فِي أَصْحَابِ الْإِبِلِ ‏ ‏وَالسَّكِينَةُ ‏ ‏وَالْوَقَارُ ‏ ‏فِي أَصْحَابِ الشَّاءِ ‏

English Translation

And with the same chain of narration, [the Prophet ﷺ] (ﷺ) said: 'The people of Yemen have come. They are the most tender-hearted and the softest in disposition. Understanding of the religion is Yemeni, and faith is Yemeni, and wisdom is Yemeni. Pride and arrogance are found among the owners of camels, and tranquility and dignity are found among the owners of sheep.'
