وَبِإِسْنَادِهِ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ

قَالَ خَيْرُ الصَّدَقَةِ مَا تَرَكَ غِنًى أَنْ تَتَصَدَّقَ عَنْ ظَهْرِ غِنًى وَابْدَأْ بِمَنْ تَعُولُ وَالْيَدُ الْعُلْيَا أَفْضَلُ مِنْ الْيَدِ السُّفْلَى

English Translation
And with the same chain of narration, from the Prophet ﷺ, who said: 'The best charity is that which leaves sufficiency behind. To give charity while having enough yourself [is best]. And begin with those whom you support. The upper hand [the giving one] is better than the lower hand [the receiving one].'
